At Vorkalinthak, we strive to provide the highest quality gift wrapping services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve any issues. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring that every order meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our gift wrapping services, all sales are generally final once an order has been completed and delivered. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help. We will review each return or refund request on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your wrapped gift. We will need to see photos of the item and understand the specific issues you encountered before we can process a return or refund request.

Damaged Items

If your wrapped gift arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to either repair the wrapping, provide a replacement, or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances and extent of the damage.

To process a damage claim, please provide us with clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We may also require you to return the item to us for inspection. Once we have reviewed the damage and determined the cause, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

If the damage occurred during shipping, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue. If the damage was due to our error, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review your concerns and, if appropriate, offer to re-wrap your gift or provide a partial or full refund.

We take pride in our craftsmanship and want to ensure that every order meets your expectations. If there is a specific issue with the wrapping, such as incorrect colors, poor quality materials, or workmanship that does not meet our standards, we will work with you to make it right.

Please note that differences in color due to monitor settings or personal preferences regarding style are not considered defects and may not qualify for a refund. However, we are always happy to discuss your concerns and see if we can find a solution.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before we begin work on it. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we have started working on your order, cancellation may not be possible, and a cancellation fee may apply to cover materials and time already invested.

Custom orders that have been started cannot be cancelled, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. However, if you need to cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

If you cancel an order before work has begun, you will receive a full refund. If work has already started, we will calculate a partial refund based on the amount of work completed and materials used.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Please note that refunds are issued in the same currency and payment method used for the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your credit card statement. If you paid by another method, the refund will be processed accordingly.

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future orders and never expires. If you prefer a refund to store credit, please let us know when you contact us about your return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the custom nature of our services. If you would like a different style or design, please place a new order. If you are unsatisfied with your current order, please contact us to discuss options, which may include a refund or store credit.

If you received an incorrect item or if there was an error on our part, we will work with you to correct the issue. This may involve creating a new wrapped gift with the correct specifications at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Custom orders that have been personalized with specific names, dates, or messages
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Items that were damaged due to customer negligence or improper handling

Return Shipping

If you need to return an item to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

If the return is approved due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
